Cesar Salad
½ Head Romaine Lettuce, washed and chopped
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 cup Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
½ Avocado, cubed
1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
2 tbsp Cesar Salad Dressing
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
In a medium bowl place the chopped lettuce, parmesan cheese and chicken and add the Cesar salad dressing and salt and pepper to taste. Once well combined top the salad with avocado and sunflower seeds and serve. While this recipe is made for a meal for one person you can quadruple the recipe and make enough to serve 4.
